  * BUGFIX: Fix iterator thread for Mac OS X.
  * BUGFIX: Fix connect() and implicit connection setup on sockets which were connected.
  * BUGFIX: < 2 correct when deleting addresses.
  * BUGFIX: Delete addresses not before having received the corresponding ASCONF-ACK.
  * BUGFIX: Remove added addresses after receiving an ASCONF-ACK indicating an error.
  * BUGFIX: don't abort assoc as reported by Per.
  * BUGFIX: Handle cwnd correctly when sctp_use_cwnd_based_maxburst is enabled. Problem shows up when being flow controlled due to large RTT.
